You can use the menus across the top of the page and down the left hand side. All the product categories are listed down the left hand side. Just click the category that interests you. Across the top of the page are the navigation links for the rest of the site.

There is also a search box located on the left and a search link in the top menu. This will enable you to look for specific products or items.

How do I place an order ?

Each item will have an add button and qty box next to it. Simply enter the qty you want and click the add button. This will add the item to your Shopping Cart. Once you have all the items you want then click the checkout link in the top menu. on the left Mini Basket or on the view cart page. Then just follow the instructions.

How can I pay ?

We accept many forms of payment. Credit Card, Charge Card, PayPal, NoChex, Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer (TT) or Deposit.

Credit/Charge Card: This does not need much explaining. If you have a Credit or Charge Card then this is the most efficient and speediest method of payment. We can take Visa, MasterCard, American Express Switch and Solo.

PayPal: PayPal payments are in US Dollars and the checkout will convert the value from UK Pounds to US Dollars. There is a $2 charge for this to cover the difference between currency buy and sell rates. Just go through the checkout as normal choosing the PayPal option. At the end you will have a link straight to PayPal with all the sale details already filled out. If you do not have a PayPal account and want to know more then go to http://www.paypal.com If the PayPal payment is not received within 3 days your order will automatically be cancelled and an email will be sent to you confirming this.

Cash/Cheque: Either of these can be sent to us through standard mail. Just go through the Checkout and choose the Postal option. You will then get a page to print out to send with your order. There is also a £4 charge on foreign currency to cover exchange fees. Once the payment is received and cleared your order will be sent. If your payment is not received within 21 days then it is automatically cancelled.

Bank Transfer/Deposit: You can pay straight into any branch of Barclays if you are in the UK or you can send a Bank Transfer if you are outside the UK. Just email for details if you want to do a bank transfer.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order at anytime before it has been despatched. Just fax us or send an email to cancel the order. A fax will be the fastest method but emails are checked regularly through the day.

How long until my order ships?

If your order is received overnight or anytime up until around 2 pm then the order should ship that afternoon as long as the items are in stock. If your order is received after 2 pm then it will usually ship the next working day.

What about returns?

All goods are covered by 12 months back to base warranty unless otherwise stated. If you need to return an item then first email sales@interesting-devices.com so we can determine if it needs to come back. Then simply send it to the above address with a covering note and your details. This is very important.

Information that you give us over the internet is completely secure. We utilise128 Bit industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, that uses encryption of  information travelling from your PC to our Server such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information such as your credit card details.

If an individual was able to intercept your details, whilst the information is sent from your PC to our servers, it would not be possible to read your payment details as they would be heavily encrypted.

Privacy

All the details we collect from you is used only process your order. If you subscribed to any of our email lists then we will use your email address only to send periodic emails about our products and services.
We WILL NOT give or sell any of your details collected by us. You can be assured that your email will not end up on a spammers email list as a result of us giving or selling your email addresses.
