This cable allows PS2 program upload & execution from PC. It is fully supported by Naplink V1.0.0 and using the original software and drivers from Naplink.

You will need to use your preferred method of booting the PS2 client (AR2, GS2, RX with modchip or a non-swap modchip), even a USB modchip works fine.

This cable also allows you to link 2 PCs using their USB ports.

There is a link to an ISO image of the Naplink CD for the PS2 below. You will need to get one of the Naplink Clients for the PC side of the link.
